Been nervous about if any of the parts on this list aren't compatible with each other for my first gaming build.

It's fine. For a pure gaming build you might consider i7-8700K instead, especially if you're running 1080p; at higher resolutions speeds tend to be more GPU limited. You could dial the PSU back to 750w if you want. (Actually, you could run it fine at 600w, so 750 is leaving a good bit of headroom.)

Your parts are compatible but I would recommend swapping the SATA ssd for an m.2 and getting a high capacity HDD
