The 3gb is not good enough for VR

You need to get something like a 580 or 1060 6Gb

Also, If you are going with only an SSD, you dont need the 450 motherboard, as a 350 would be fine. The only significant advantage of a 450 over a 350 is the storage thing, and you use a HHD with that.
