Please Review My PC. I have only 300 Dollars. I am aiming at 30-45 FPS Low-Med Settings, On Games Like Fortnite, CS:Go, Minecraft, WOW, Ect. (Lite Games) And Possibly 30 FPS Low Settings on PUBG.

I know its a bit more than 300 but i still think you should consider an SSD, it will at least make your boot times go from a few minutes to a few seconds and put a few small games on there to make them load faster.

I also downgraded the HDD from 750GB to 500GB but either option is fine.

If you need a copy of Windows, that's another $100, so let's assume you already have that. The two changes I'd make are a) drop the CPU cooler and use the stock cooler, and b) push the memory speed to DDR4-3000. The two don't quite cancel out but you still come in very close to $300.
