Around $800 Gaming build

Mindbuster1234

Hoping someone could help me out with a build for around 800 dollars. I don't need any Monitors, keyboards, OS etc. As well as no storage(I have an SSD and Hard Drive already)

I thought in the past Intel was a better choice for upgrading in the future, but that might have changed. I play just the random BR games, as well as smite, ow and Assassins Creed.

Would appreciate any help you could give me!

Is there an advantage of going with the 580 Vs the 1060 or 1070?

it has a price advantage over the 1060 for the same performance and is cheaper than a 1070 with less performance or slightly less performance when overstocked. Also, AMD ftw!

You also gain access to freesync monitors. There is no real reason to go with 1060 when the 580 exists

It ok, but no need for an aftermarket cooler. The included cooler is ok, even for mild overclocks.

If you wouldn't mind increasing your budget by another $100 you can get a pretty sick rig with plenty of upgrade potential. The GPU is basically $100 off normal price and you get 3 free games.
