I recently updated my rig with a new GPU and PSU. I didn't want to sell them as they still kick ***. So I'm thinking of re-purposing them and giving it to my dad.
The SG13B case is set as it fits the dimensions on his desk. I know there's some potential incompatibility of the PSU and GPU not fitting this case but upon research, it should fit just right.
$500 is my budget, might be able to stretch it to $600. But lets just say decent 1080p gaming is a good goal to be had. Other than that, he just do basic stuff. Would an i5-8400 be overkill? What about AMD variants?
