I finally found my future part list for a new PC of mine,i also found the Thermalright TRUE Spirit 140 POWER,which they claim it is 360 Watt TDP from the Official Website,my curiosity is,if i change the TY-143 FAN,WITH 2 Silverstone SST-FHP141-VF 173.5 CFM 140 mm Fans,(both sides),and add ONLY 4 very powerful Fans like CLD20060M1​​2 400CFM,as case Fans,can future CPU OC potential be improved further,or GPU performance,or SSD NVME PERFORMANCE,or VRM cooling,in serious numbers ? You're dealing with a Ryzen 3600, and that's not a good CPU for overclocking - partly because AMD's stock clock boost algorithms squeeze the majority of juice out of the CPU, leaving not-much for overclocks.

Fooling around with fans on the CPU cooler can only bring the CPU die temperature a little bit closer to ambient, which isn't going to help all that much. I would suggest either leaving the CPU cooler alone to do the job it was designed for, or getting into active cooling (chilled water, LN2, etc) where you can bring the die temp down into the single digits C or below, and get serious about boosts and overclocks.

...Hmmm ... i always preferred Liquid Cooling option,untill the day i had Leakage from a Specialist-custom-made Liquid cooling inside case,and destroyed my i7-6900K CPU,my Asus Rampage V Edition 10 mobo,6 of the 8 ram modules,and 1 of 2 GPUs EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6 GB Classified,and the PSU ... that`s why i always NOW prefer air cooling ... i cannot prevent people go with Liquid Cooling,i may also say them go for Liquid Cooling,BUT WITH EXTREME CAUTION,ASKING SIGNED GUARANTEES,HEIGHT OF FINANCIAL COMPENSATION IF,etc etc ... that for me was not just small pain,it was a BIG "OUCH" ...

No, I doubt you'll see any substantial performance increase. But you will end up with a very loud system.

Sure it will help to have giant fans on everything, but it will be really noisy too. First I would look for a large air cooler, the more fin you have the more heat it can remove. That one looks pretty thin, it does have 6 pipes that is good. If you look at say the dark rock pro 4 you can see it is about two of the spirit coolers. You still come up on limits and that is why people get AIOs that make little noise and cool better, they also remove the heat from your case so other things don't get hot. Nvme only get hot if you run them continuous, far as I know only the X570 boards with pcie4 you will be able to put faster Nvme drives on than are available now.

As someone who owned that fan before its far from quiet even at low speed. If really want to go all out buy some ~700CFM Delta fans.

You don't need a 1200W PSU, you can get better PSU's for that price.

Temperatures will be lowered, as for how much no one knows.

Maybe you are right on that,this 200 mm fan is not quiet,but i already have a Lamptron 30W - 8 Channel Aluminum Rheobus (FC-8),which i did not mentioned it,in an old build,and i wanted to add it in this build,are you sure it will not be quiet in lower speeds? The purpose was to lower down the fans speed when just browsing and not make hardcore gaming,and enabling via bios no OC by changing operational profile,the PC cooling demandings in browsing are very small generally. Also the 1200W PSU is not negotiable for lower wattage,because i counted approximately the possible increased wattage after FULL CPU OC from other users in other forums,and the "breathing room" from remain PSU wattage,in order to ensure that will work flawlessly the PSU and whole PC 24/7 ,without interruptions,blue screens,etc etc . By experience,i realised that buying PSU with wattage same or only little above achievable max PC wattage,was a great mistake,especially when stayed in PC some hours.Good case airflow always helps,but not very much when approaching PSU limits,that was the main purpose of stronger in wattage PSU. Not mentioning of course,a possible 2nd same GPU in future,which can lead me also with less "breathing room",but again safely without approaching PSU wattage limits.

??? This is going to use around 400W, not anywhere remotely close to 1200W. A 650W PSU would be plenty and if you wanted to go overkill go 750W.

By experience,i realised that buying PSU with wattage same or only little above achievable max PC wattage,was a great mistake,especially when stayed in PC some hours.Good case airflow always helps,but not very much when approaching PSU limits,that was the main purpose of stronger in wattage PSU. Not mentioning of course,a possible 2nd same GPU in future,which can lead me also with less "breathing room",but again safely without approaching PSU wattage limits.

Dual GPU's are not worth it unless you already have one flagship card e.x a RTX 2080 Ti. SLI/Crossfire support is dying.

The workload has nothing to do with power usage. Power usage is just power usage. "hardcore" gaming doesn't use anymore power than gamking.

Yes...That is what PCPP estimates and their numbers are close to reality.

That is total system power draw measured with a 2080 Ti and its from the wall. The system there used roughly 330W with a more power hungry GPU.

You aren't going to draw 100W through the USB ports, no one has enough USB devices laying around to use 100W of power. Sure a 2nd GPU would increase the power usage but that is not what you want to do if you are wanting more power, you would want to upgrade to a better single card such as the 2080 Ti which isn't as near of a significant change in power usage compared to adding a second 5700 XT.

You already showed yourself how much power you are going to use when gaming which is around 300W according to your link and somewhere around 400W under a torture test and/or overclock. Its not even half of 918W.

Efficiency has to do with power draw from the wall, not from the PSU to the system. A 1200W PSU can deliver 1200W to the system. It would draw like 1320W from the wall though.

The efficiency of a computer power supply is its output power divided by its input power; the remaining input power is converted into heat. For instance, a 600-watt power supply with 60% efficiency running at full load would draw 1000 W from the mains and would therefore waste 400 W as heat. On the other hand, a 600-watt power supply with 80% efficiency running at full load would draw 750 W from the mains and would therefore waste only 150 W as heat.
