My motherboard only has sata 6gb/s sockets. Can I connect the Corsair Lighting Node Pro to it ?

And I only have usb 3.0 internal ports, is it okay ?

The Lighting Node Pro uses SATA power, not SATA data. You'll connect it to a SATA power connector coming from the PSU.

As for USB, the issue is likely to be the 9-pin USB 2.0 internal cable coming from the Lighting Node Pro which is unlikely to match any USB 3.0 header. Surely your mobo must have at least some USB 2.0, and worst case you'll need an internal USB 2.0 hub. What mobo do you have?

But I think I'll still take the NZXT Internal USB Hub
