No, I cannot get Ethernet. I would if I could. Which is faster/cheaper. Not really concerned about using a PCIe slot.
Having a dedicated PCIe WiFi card is better since you can pick one best fit for your budget / use case, and not have to worry about getting an extremely expensive motherboard.

I like a card better, I can upgrade it or the board separate and use it in some other PC if I need to. If you build a LAN gaming PC or other special use where you know you want wifi then a wifi board can be a good idea. At my house I never use wifi in PCs, but none of them travel anywhere either. I have a tiny usb wifi and I have used it during router problems it is handy to have.
