I wouldn't advise buying a 2 TB SSD with your budget, the 512 GB Adata SSD I suggested is one of the fastest available, (non 4.0 drive), with a maximum read speed of 3400 MB/s & 3000 MB/s write speed. If you are mixing up the 2 TB Seagate mechanical drive with an SSD, I would find it strange that this drive is slow for a mechanical drive as it has a 256 MB cache which is considerably larger than many alternative mechanical drives and it runs 7200 RPM. Where it will be slower is by comparison to an SSD where it will be 15 to 20 times slower than the Adata NVMe drive.
