So i am making a minecraft server pc

So how much space does a 500,000x500,000 block or 1,000,000x1,000,000 block mc world take up. If its more than250gb, then what is the maximum world size i can have, plus a couple of dimensions from mods, and biomes (should take up an extra 10gb for my modpack im using)
