$400 with dedicated GPU and Windows

TSIA

No monitor, kb, or mouse. Just the PC and Windows. See if you can somehow manage to squeeze an RX 570 in there. If the 560 is all that's possible, then so be it. But I trust you smart people can find a solution.

Edit: I suppose I should specify that I am not actually planning to build something at this price point. However, my current planned build, which adds up to a total of $530, is a little more expensive than I would prefer. Thank you for all your input.

Use of Windows must be done with a legitimate product key.

Per Microsoft:

You’re not meant to use Windows unactivated (I.e, just downloading an ISO and then using it)

Thanks for the suggestion. I will look into used parts.

$400 is a difficult budget to work with, especially if you need Windows (running it unactivated or getting a pirated key are strongly not recommended)

You’re better off buying a refurbished desktop from Newegg or a similar place (there are a heap of refurbished 2nd/3rd/4th gen Intel systems that come with at least 8GB RAM, storage, and Windows 10 that can be picked up for somewhere between 200-300 dollars)

Put a GTX 1650 in, and you’ll have something that’ll have a decent amount of punch

True that you don't need the disc, but you do need a license! Frankly though the way I feel about Microsoft Windows, I'd much rather recommend the use of a Linux distribution instead... I am currently using Ubuntu 16.04 and can do everything with it that I did on a Windows PC for years.
