any cheap m.2 suggestions around 3000 reads and write speeds or maybe lower don't know but somewhere around 3000 read and write speeds

You should also include the fact that the only drives that can reach these speeds are all NVME.

All 2.5" SSDs are SATA, and cannot come close to matching NVME speeds.
