So i see they have been released, and my question is if you can overclock any of them? (No K CPU)

If not, why were they released in the first place???!!!!This seems like the biggest waste of time from Intel. Nothing great has come from them since sandy bridge and that's a 4 year old CPU.

They use the same architecture, but are apparently slightly better than their older counterparts.

Thank you for your reply. I actually found that answer on a different site. Ugh it just seems like a pointless confusing CPU launched that has like 50 i-4*** cpus, no one will seem to know what to choose now.

From what I am reading the K series Devil's Canyon cpus to be released in June will not be compatable with pre X97 mobos due to the VRM being removed from the chip and the voltage regulation being handeled by the mobo. Its all hearsay untill we see the new K cpus.l Pentium Anniversary edition cpus will be unlocked and bebackwards compatable with lga 1150 mobos,
