I like the look of the air cooled heatsink but obviously liquid cood is the best right?

Liquid cooled will be able to keep the cpu cooler. Theres always the slight risk of a leak though... Made some changes, biggest thing was bringing you up to a current graphics card.

Any reason for x79? A 4770k is faster than either the 3820 or the 4820k. As for OS windows 8.1 is definitely the way to go. Better performance and confirmed DirectX 12 support.
