Which one should I go with If I will play games on High/Ultra. ( Games like World of Warcraft, Minecraft, Sim City, Elder scrolls online, etc. )

$250 MSI GeForce GTX 760 4gb: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-n760tf4gd5oc

$370 Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 4gb: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvn770oc4gd

$400 EVGA GeForce GTX 770 4gb: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvn770oc4gd

Is 4gb too much hahaha?

First off I'd go with the Gigabyte GTX 770. 4GB will only be useful in using multiple monitors, so unless you are going to be using 2-3 monitors, only get the 2GB, or if you plan on having 2-3 monitors in the future, get the 4GB for future proofing.

The prices are all ridiculous. For the price of that 760, you can have a 280x which is a bit better than a 770. For the prices of those 770s,you can get a 290,which destroys them in terms of performance.

AMD fanboy much? The 290 is more expensive than a 770 and performs worse in compute performance. http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Sapphire-Radeon-R9-290-vs-MSI-GeForce-GTX-770-Gaming-4-GB

http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/147146-nvidia-bias-on-gpuboss/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZBNJIMihePg video comparison

lil edit: gpuboss says a 780ti is better than a 295x2 which is just funny

Yup... Bogus alright.

Wow, never really looked at the comparisons on the site. I'll steer clear of it from now on. SSDboss is still usable though right?

i would assume, never really go onto the boss sites though but i have never heard of it being biased in any forums

Actually, you can easily get a 290 for under $400,check the prices on this site... And it performs easily on par with a 780, which is far better than a 770.

Im no fan boy, I just know what is better though experience and knowledge of the technology. My statements were totally accurate.

The fan boy stance is the one that chooses an Nvidia card over an equal priced amd card that vastly out performs it. That makes no sense from a budget perspective as your paying more and getting less for it.

Point made. This cost less than both the 770 cards mentioned...

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/diamond-video-card-r9290d54gv2

Here you can see the 280x line shatter the 760 performance and beat the 770 most of the time... http://www.techspot.com/review/841-radeon-r9-280x-roundup/page8.html

280x demolished the 760 as you can see again here...

http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1041?vs=1038

280x won 43 categories compared to the 23 the 770 beats it on here... So again the 280x easily beats a 770...

http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1041?vs=1037

Here is the 290 just decimating the 770... http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1068?vs=1037

And for the hell of it, here is the 290 beating the more powerful 780 on most games also... Which is far more expensive than a 290 by the way...

http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1068?vs=1036

Still think I'm a fanboy or are you ready to admit your not only wrong but VERY wrong?

gpuboss is based off scores that are theoretical so they are irrelevant in real life comparison.

This is how it is r9 280x<gtx 770<r9 290 < r9 290x < gtx 780 < gtx 780 ti

You're a bit off the 780 and 290 are about even, if anything the 290 slightly outperforms it followed by the 290x then the 780ti.

most benchmarks for 290s are non reference since the reference is complete garbage. All in all the 780 does outperform a 290 with reference models but its not worth the extra $70-100 more.

280X=770.......huge gap.........290<780<290X=780TI........then huge price gap and not worth it GPU's.

People dont' buy reference design AMD cards...so why would you compare them. The only time people buy reference design is if they're liquid cooling them. Even then the reference design 290 outperforms the 780 in the majority of resolutions tested on techpowerup:

I would go with the 280X or 290. Both of the cards are cheaper than the 770s you have listed above, and they both outperform the 770. 290 outperforms the 780. And the 280X outperforms the 770.

go with that 290. Non refernce... vastly outperforms the 770 and is about even with the 780.

go with a sapphire 290 which destroys all of those. right now the tri x version is $415 while the vapor x version is $450. sapphire makes the best AMD cards btw.

That new power color card is very nice too, but generally yes, the sapphire cards are usually the more powerful in the amd lines these days.
