Buying PSU from US

So I'm planning on buying a power supply (EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply) but it's not available in Australia and I found it on Amazon, will it work properly when used in Australia or will I need something for it to work properly. This is my first time building a pc so I'm just making sure.

Yep, I think is 230V but will the psu come with a different cord or will I have to purchased it separately and where? Also can I just use an adapter for the plug?

That's good but I've read some PSU have a switch for 115V and 230V and it will blow up if you switch it to the wrong voltage.

Thanks, that cleared things up.
