possible gpu or monitor problem?

multi-iostream

A week or so ago my monitor started having problems, it will just go solid green almost with black lines. I have two monitors hooked up to my gpu. the one I am having a problem with is an LG 24EN33 24inch monitor. the smaller monitor I have next to it will not mess up and i can pull my work over to it.

any help would be appreciated, thanks in advanced

side note: i have not tested monitor just on on-board graphics yet, I will do that later today. I am just hoping maybe one of you guys have delt with this before.

If it's connected with VGA, you may have loosened the connection. Even if it isn't VGA, check the connections and make sure they're snug.

I made sure the connection was snug. I wont know if that's the problem for awhile since its very random when it does it.

Sounds like a problem with the feed. I bought a bad HDMI-miniHDMI adapter and it made the whole screen red tinted with black lines everywhere. Try a different cable if your problem persists.
