Amazing gpu. Nice Aura RGB lighting on shroud and 3 fans to keep it around 50c.

Good looking and is a great card for 1080p gaming. Only downside is that it is a loooong card so there is quit bit of sag.

This card paired with the G-sync monitor I'm getting 165FPS in gears of war 4 and Doom on ultra 1080p

I love this card. I can run my few games all day and the fans never turns on. I overclocked it to 1900+ (I am not a real overclocker). I love the design and the cooling on this. It pushes through my 1080 games at very high and ultra settings and still gives me 60 fps. I am glad I made this purchase.

Enough for my needs. Definitely faster than GTX 1060 in gaming laptops. Great cooling, inaudible up to about 50 degrees. A little loud under full load.

Well, I have overpaid this 1060 6Gb variant, but I really wanted a 3 fan GPU because, as stated above, I'm a newbie and i could afford to spend more so I thought it might help in keeping control over temperatures in the future. You should never have a problem with the cooling of this card (or its stronger big brothers 1070, 1080) from the strix line, as they provide some of the best cooling in the scene. The RGB is pretty nice too, though without Aura, it is stuck in Breathing mode in Red... Can basically max out all titles I own to ultra (except the grass option for example, in gta V, really ruins my fps in the valleys :P )

Are there words that can describe this card? $200 for GTX 980 performance. It's totally worth it. I had upgraded from a Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 960 4GB. With that card, I was playing with a mix of medium and high settings. Now I flat out set everything to Ultra.

So this was the last part I got and definitely the most expensive. Even though its probably one the most expensive 1060 on the market, i think it lives up to it's performance. Right now I don't have a monitor so i'm using my TV as a screen. My TV is a Samsung 4k UHD. When i first started playing Overwatch, I didn't realize it but my setting were preset to 4k Resolution. Surprisingly enough I was still getting a consistent 60fps on Ultra settings which is crazy. Now if your looking for a 4k gaming card I wouldn't recommend this one but i'm just saying it has the capacity to preform at that level.

EDIT: So I didn't realize my Overwatch settings had an FPS cap on them. After removing the FPS cap, my frames went WAY up. In 1080p I can reach up to 170-180 FPS. In 1440p about 130 and in 4k between 90-100. ALL settings at Ultra, which is crazy! Well this is most likely because it's Overwatch, but this is a great card!

On top of it's performance, it's build and aesthetics really grew on me. Even with 3 fans the GPU stays pretty quite while gaming. It also keeps a low temperature between 50-60 C. The RGB lights are my favorite part because they just bring so much to the design of the build and they have alot of different settings to go with them. I especially like the music mode where the lights flash to the beat.

I have noticed some coil whine when I play more graphics intense games like BF1. The custom RGB lighting is cool, plus breathing mode or strobe mode. The software for it is simple to use.
