I am really happy with how well it has been performing. I originally wanted an RX480 but was unable to find one priced at 200 dollars.
Card is actually the Palit 3GB one- PCPartPicker just do not have it listed. Nice card, paired with the i5-6400 should see ultra settings in 1080p.
For $199.99 this graphics card is hard to beat. I managed to overclock it to 2.12 Ghz Stable which was a welcome suprise from this card and does just fine at 1080p.
I write this review to tell people how well this card can perform. Currently I am getting a Stable 1.92 Ghz on the boost out of this card. While that seems impressive it also manages to stay cool under load thanks 100% fan speed. Not crazy noisy and gets the job done. Couldn't have asked for much more with the monitor I have.
I know MSI's gaming X is supposed to have the quietest fans, but I can't hear these unless I'm in licking distance. I like how the fans rotate in opposite directions for better windflow. Disc did not include drivers. :/ Had to download latest ones from Nvidia's website (but would've done so anyway). Takes everything I throw at it like a champ.
I like this card and is fast enough but, doesn't completely fit my theme and the 3 gigs of vram can frequently be a limitation in modern demanding games.
Love this GPU! Looks nice and performs very good!
Looks good, works great, stays quiet, 60fps on everything I play on Ultra
Ideal GPU for a modest build, when you want to save the extra £££ you might need for other parts. Expect high frame rates in 1920 x 1080 but don't expect large texture sizes. I can run Quake Champions with everything set to ultra except textures must be set to medium.
Perfect for the games I play (CS:GO, Fortnite, League of Legends). At first, I thought that the 3GB VRAM would be a limiting factor in some games but it doesn't seem to be. Overclocked the core +130MHz and the memory +450MHz.
