These speakers suck. I don't know if I got a different model than the people who left raving reviews, but the left speaker (the one with the volume control) has crazy static and just sounds horrible. I'm not one to be picky with speakers either, there's just something wrong with these. I plugged them into my laptop too, just to isolate the issue. Same deal. I would not buy these again.

I thought my Bose speaker was playing when I walked into the room only to find I had left my music playing on this build through these speakers instead. I could not tell the difference for the life of me. Given the price, that's a huge deal.

I don't have any complaints. They do their job and they have decent sound, just what I need. One thing: When you turn the volume too high from the button it has a weird continuous squeeky sound. If you turn the sound up from the computer this does not happen.

This might be the best price/performance speaker out there. The sound is pretty good.
