Alright so, this is a hard one because I really really really like this monitor. It's fantastic. It's an IPS so it looks absolutely fantastic, even more so considering it's 1440p. It's a 144hz, freesync monitor, gotta love that.. But if you go on Newegg or other places there are reviews that say it flickers.. and it does indeed flicker. Not alot, but it happens and those reviews all say that it happens gradually where it flickers a little and then it becomes unusable. So for what it is, besides the flickering, 10/10. But we have yet to see what may become of it. Hopefully, and I'm crossing my fingers here.. it doesn't become so bad that it's deemed unusable. We'll just have to wait and see.

Update** Jan.16.2020 A few months later and were still experiencing flickering but it has yet to become so bad it's deemed unusable. It flickers every so often but its only for a split second and it happens in like 20-40 minute intervals so I'm not that bothered. Other than that it's an exceptional monitor and its stunning to look at. I got this for practically nothing so i'm not that mad. THIS IS TO DISSUADE YOU. Unless you're into taking risks.

This thing... Is amazing. From the Acer widget, to the fact it's IPS, to 144Hz, to 1ms response time, and the 1440p display that can upscale into 4k. Oh yes, I love this and am going to buy 2 more for sure.

from completed build Just a few years late...

I have this running at 120hz/10 bit colour (which isn't an option at 144hz) to avoid the Windows gpu load issue caused by multiple displays with different refresh rates; it seems to do fine but as with every other review of this monitor, I do get the occasional (once every few hours usually) flickering issue. No settings seem to fix it- it happens at 60hz, 120hz, 144hz, gsync on/off, stock settings, modified color/brightness settings, etc... it's not a huge issue in my opinion, but it does happen.

Excellent! 2k 144 hz gaming and ips. Only downside is that the monitor height is not adjustable.

from completed build First experience with Intel

Has an annoying flickering issue (this is not just my particular monitor, but all of the panels this model uses) and can only use 10bit color at 120hz, but otherwise it's an okay monitor. The flickering isn't constant, maybe once every few hours.
