Fantastic little case. Only annoyance is that the HDD/SSD brackets have you mount with wires facing upwards. I would REALLY rather have wires running along the bottom. Decent amount of extra space surprisingly to shove your cords into. They could have spaced mounts for 120mm fans on the right panel, not sure why they didn't. This thing needs as much are moving around as it can get
Easy to use. Small. Innovative
The thermaltake case is great looking and well built; handles my medium sized r7 260x and 4 hard drives (2x 3.5 and 2x 2.5 well. It's considerably smaller than the Corsair 250d and I prefer the finish of the thermaltake, but the Corsair has much nicer HD bays, better liquid cooling options, and dust filters on all windows. The thermaltake only has a foam one on the main 200mm fan and a screen for the PSU, so the GPU is probably pulling in some dust unless you rig up a filter out of pantyhose or whatever.
Amazing case to work in. All the panels come off for complete access. I recommend a modular PSU to make cable management easier.
Great little case but limited cooling options. Easy build, easy cable management, sharp looking, small.
If the rear panel could fit 120mms this will be a solid 5 star.
The pinnacle of this build was the Thermaltake Core V1 Mini. This case brings real meaning to the term "small form factor", as it can pack a powerful punch without compromising on size. The Core V1 manages to be stylish, small, and customizable; all within $40
This is a bit harsh, it's a well designed case especially with interchangeable panels and the chambers concept. I docked a star for the drive cages which are fiddly and difficult to remove/install. There's also a lot of wasted space especially if you're not using a powerful gpu but as a mass produced product it has to fit in the needs of as many people.
Edit: Like I mentioned above, I also felt the marketing was a bit deceptive with the renders showing a bright airy interior with the illusion of multiple windowed side panels.
Before I forget, the power button and reset button placement are poor, I accidentally reset my computer pulling out my headphones once which really annoyed me, others have reported hitting the power switch removing usb cables.
Great case. If you wanna get an Mini ITX don't even think twice.
The layout in this box is very nice. Looks very nice. HDD/SSD mounts are a pain to get in and out. One of the side panels rattles when poked. No big deal, but really? Big problem with this case is that when dust settles on the front intake mesh it leaves a huge visible gray circle of dust on the outside of the case and just looks ugly. Have to clean it weekly. The front intake fan is slow at ~850 max RPM and feels like it barley moves any air. A 120mm radiator fits nicely and was easy to install in front of the case for a push pull config.
