More than pleased with this MOBO. I wanted extra sata ports which led me to this, and it worked with my black/white theme. The built in WiFi works extremely well. Easy to install. Looks clean. Bios is great. No complaints!

from completed build Because Black and Red are Overdone Build (Suggesting White Builds aren't Overdone)
It's beautiful, has onboard wifi, 2 m.2 slots, plenty of sata ports, and the HD audio is superb. Only complaints come down to the high price, lack of a 3rd m.2 slot (like its z270 counterpart), and lackluster UEFI, especially at its current price.

This is a solid board to overclock Ryzen with. There are guides using this exact board to OC with which made it really easy to follow along. Included dual band wifi meant I didn't have to spend $50 on an ethernet as well. Make sure to update the chipset and bois before trying any memory and CPU overclocks!

RGB and fan controls are all in the BIOS. All the fan headers auto-detect 3/4 pin and let you set a custom curve. Also, the Wifi/Bluetooth is nice and it has tons of USB 3.0 ports.

Good looking, Extreme Value, Feature packed in UEFI and in Windows. 4 stars because of a lack of accessories and cables along with a lack of USB 2 headers I mean really 10 sata headers and only 4 cables!! Also if you have only two headers for USB 2 then give at least one splitter

Yes the build quality is top-notch, but the Bios SUCKS! Tried stock Bios (2.x), 3.20, 4.40, 4.60, 4.72 beta. They are all ****. It's either the cold boot problem (related to Dram boot voltage which does NOT exist in the bios), or advanced settings cant be saved in presets, and in some recent version they removed some settings such as C6 State and Scalar. This is a good board with beefy VRM but unless ASRock do something about their Bios, I will never buy from them again. Asus CH6/CH7 are obvious choices.

from completed build AMD Ryzen gaming/deep learning rig
Very good solid motherboard, decent layout, runs memory at 3200mhz with out a problem.
Things missing, would be nice to have an IO block for the powerbutton and hdd light and so forth as they're a fiddle to fit.
Wifi is broken, apparently the wifi module can become attached during transit. I can't be bothered to take the rig apart to fix this.
A personal bug bear, during sleep mode it flashes the power LED and there is no way to turn this off. Apparently this is quite common among motherboards. I have disconnected the power LED.

A very solid motherboard. Lacks some of the comfort features that you will find on competing Asus motherboards, like Start and Reset Button. No big deal, although dual BIOS would be really nice. On upside it has VRM like miniature nuclear power station and high quality Japanese capacitors all round. RGB features are quite subdued for 2017, with only a few LED lights around the chipset. For me that is a plus. Wi-Fi is also nice feature.
