Although unnecessary for most builds nowadays, this DVD/CD drive did exactly what I expected it to and had no issues while I used it. I would not recommend spending $21.39 (current price as of review); however, if completely necessary, I would recommend purchasing this optical drive.

Simple. Cheap. Doesn't turn on when not in use so super quiet. What more can you ask for?

First one came in DOA. I got a replacement in 4 days as well. It's an optical drive, it works at least the 2nd one haha.

Not much to say about this, it does its job, although I think I've only used it once. Perhaps a delete in the near future.

Reads discs, as it should, have not tested burning yet. Not very quiet when it's at speed, worth noting.
