Well, at least seems to be working better than Windows 8. I've already gotten used to Windows 8 though, after taming the beast. Now it feels like another beast. It still has weird quirks like two different places to change settings or control panels, a bit awkward tablet mode which I would not recommend, but overall faster than the other windows I've used. Still a plethora of new features I have yet to explore. I would say that most people would prefer it over Windows 8.
Love the boot times, don't love the privacy issues. Make sure you don't set it up with the "recommended" settings because no one but Microsoft recommends it (well, maybe people who want your information.
Many people are on the fence about Windows 10 but I love it. I highly recommend. I bought it at my local Micro Center for $80 as an open box deal. It did not come with an installation disc so I created my own.
