Runs suuuuuper hot and doesn't OC as much as I hoped. I lost the silicon lottery here.
That being said, it pulls 80+fps on BF5 at 1440 with all settings maxed and DXR on ultra. Guess I can't complain.
If I could go back in time, I would either wait for the XC2 or just get a Founder's Edition and watercool it.
Edit: my temp issues may have been caused by incomplete coverage of the stock thermal paste.

A high-end GPU with untapped power. Regardless of which one you get, if you but a 2080 Ti, you won't regret it.

What can I say? I mean, aside from - this is currently the absolute pinnacle of gaming graphics, period. Yes, it's expensive, but this (and other RTX 2080ti cards) will give you top notch performance in all the latest games at full graphics settings for years to come. Triple digit framerates with all settings maxed out. Superb!

EVGA is the best when buying a graphics card. Customer support and quality is top tier. Advanced RMA is always an option if you don't want to go through a tedious mail-in warranty service. If you're purchasing a 2080ti, you probably are aware of the widespread failure during release with artifacts and other GPU failure symptoms so make sure you research into how each company handles their RMA for previous customers because you'll likely be treated the same and EVGA treats their customers well.

This card works as well as one would expect. It is one of the best cards available right now and it performs like it. The extra large cooler does its job and even during a full load stress test it will rarely go over 75 C. With Precision X1 I was able to achieve an OC to 2100 MHz after playing around for a while. I imagine a more experienced OCer could do better but I am more than happy with those numbers. It isn't that loud even with an aggressive fan curve. I am also interested to see where temps end up when I do a custom loop
