U only live once so y not, XD.
Well u know what opinions r like, & everybody has one, I see all got all your build parts for a bargain!. Thanks.
I replaced the supplied 140mm fans with PWM 140mm fans mainly for looks I wanted all the fans to look the same, there is 4 mounted in the front & 2 mounted on the rear, the slim quad radiator can mount 8 x 120mm fans set up in a push pull configuration (fans mounted on both sides), works well as the fans operate at low RPM & keep everything very cool,:)
I don’t intend to upgrade the storage 1.5TB is enough for me, however there is room for a couple of HDD or SSD, cheers.
Thanks, yes it is, 3/8 - 5/8 or 10mm/16mm, cheers.
Yeah maybe still thinking about it, cheers.
Thanks, no I didn’t start with AIO it’s a custom loop, the quick disconnects make it a breeze to bleed & maintain the system, highly recommend, cheers.
The building experience was extremely pleasant, excellent quality & plenty of options, fans are connected via Thermaltake Commander FP 10 Way PWM Fan Power Splitters & controlled via Asus AI suite, the most I’ve seen it draw at the moment is 980w, cheers
Well it’s just personal preference I guess, I like to keep my os separate from games, pictures & documents ect, that way I can easily clean install win 10 when necessary & don’t loose important data & don’t have to re down load all my games, as for the size of the drives if 960 pro came in 250g I’d put the os on that & 500g r plenty of room for me, cheers.
Mmmmm the case is a bit pricey but it is also excellent quality, the fans r mostly used on the radiators as push pull & basically idle all the time which makes them very quiet.
Hahaha, thanks, haven’t played that game yet.
Just a little, XD
Thanks, Ram is just personal preference I like the way 4x8G=32G performs, cheers.
Best parts I thought, thanks I guess.
They are working together with absolutely no problem whatsoever, only thing is you can’t use them for VROC (not bootable), but every thing else is business as usual, cheers.
Hi, under extreme overclocking the cpu can pull very hi wattage, for mild overclocking 1200w should be fine, get onto a psu calculator & enter your specifications & it will work it out for u, the only cpu calculator that list the i9-7980xe that I could find is the (be-guiet!) one, cheers.
Na not really, it can b done but I have no use for one, cheers.
Makes it easy to assemble as you can pre fill & bleed all components also makes it easy to remove & remount components for maintenance, testing ect, thanks.
Yeh I know ! the joy of buying in Aus.
yeh Maybe, it has phankets in it now & I ant pulling apart hahahahaha, thanks.
I don’t think so, cheers.
I payed $1499 each for them.
Have it set to 3.9GHz & XMP on set @ 3200Mhz just for burning in, hasn’t been over 40deg yet, will start turning it up soon enough.
Thank you, cheers.
Actually first time I’ve used fans this way & they sit there just idleing away & stays cool as a cucumber, u can barely hear them, thanks.
Ah well, all good, thanks.
Nice, when it’s done put it on PC part picker so we can all see it, cheers.
Thanks mate, it was super easy, I have ek 480,s in top & bottom they fit perfectly, there is no end too how u can build in this case, cheers.
What gives u that idea ?, Hahahaha.
Will post more pics tomorrow, cheers.
Thanks mate, 4 slot bridge fits perfectly
They are from EKWB, they are QDC, quick disconnect coupling, to cool your gpu only you have to run a separate loop, there is multiple ways you can achieve this, do some research & see what will suite your system & budget, the radiators in my system did not come Pre filled, cheers.
Thanks, yes it is absolutely possible to run a separate cooling loop for the GPU, & the quick release fittings & tubing was bought from PLE.
Thank you mate, cheers.
No I don't, just a hobby & I have a systems with a 7700k in it & u r right games just as good if not better, but doesn't bench as good, thanks.
Very nice, A+
