The build looks nice and all but a few things doesn't add up.

1- Why 16gb if its mainly for gaming; it's not useful.

2-why no haswell?

3-You got a 450w psu and it's running a 780 and I7 3770k I'm sure that it's not enough watts

4-Why that mobo there are better mini ITX Mobos with support with broad well like z79 also has way more features and z77 is a bit old now.

5-Are those SSD's in raid ? If not why not a single 512gb SSD which is cheaper.

6-You have a 3tb hdd and it's only 5400rpm , you are gonna have slow load times on games unless they are stored on SSD.

You say you built this for a customer but i see you don't know what your fully doing in parts choice obviously not enough research. -1

I would of gone 6300 which is cheaper , forget the SSD and get a 1 tb caviar blue and stick to stock cooler and get 8gbs ram as ram is crucial for minecraft

That 6300 is going to hold the 290 back you should really get a 8350 or pickup another mobo and get an 4670k

Not bad suggest next time to look around on you tube for some good builds with the budget as I see he's really tight on budget and so he should pickup an 270 and overclock it to get the performance of 270x.
