Sorry for the super late reply. It did not block any of the ram slots.
There is a massive 230mm fan at top.
Sure its over kill. But imo it looks a lot better with all that ram awesomeness!
I wanted to build what was at the time a top of the line AMD build. Its a free market out there so to each thier own. Case looks awesome so, why not?
Its disco. Still running awesome though.
Summer has come around and the CPU is reaching 70-71 C sometimes... Looks like I'll be doing water cooling after all. I'll post some pics when I get the parts.
Why yes sir, it is! Thanks for the post!
Thank you, I'll look into it.
I have seven fans total, two on cpu and five on the case. Just make sure you know the difference and where to use static pressure fans and where to use air flow fans and you should be good.
MOBO supports all the fans, CPU stays around 56 degrees when gaming, haven't had any issues whit build, just gotta be smart about air flow. Computer does get a little bit noisy but still quieter than my xbox. I cant hear it over my speakers so it doesn't bother my at all. I do want to mess with water cooling thou.
Thanks for the tip! Will look into it!
Don't know yet. Possibly getting another card for crossfire and looking at an Asus 4k/3D monitor.
Hi! Thank you for your post! I did overclock the cpu to 4.8ghz but was only able to run for about two hours under load. After that it was too much and had to re-clock to stock. I updated the load temp. On the specs.
Thank you for your feedback! I am unsure of what water cooler I should go for. I did order some high cfm airflow fans for the cooler to see if overclocking is possible.
I keep my apartment like a fridge and i have to update the temperature after looking at my data the highest I saw was 62c, looking towards the new fans for the cooler I ordered. I will be posting results after install and test. Along with more picks.
May try overclocking the cpu to 4.9ghz if at all posibble.
