Give KZ ED9 a try, it's pretty cheap around $15 or less. You can find it on Gearbest or AliExpress. It has 2 different nozzles that changes the sound, the first one is bassy snd warm while the other is pretty neutral.
Here's a Ryzen build, what do you think? It's $50 more expensive than the Intel build. I try to get all of them from 1 seller to save with shipping cost.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
And here's the updated Intel build
Thanks for your input. When I asked for help from the "Create A Part List For Me" forum, there was a GTX 1050ti in the list and I wasn't sure if the software I mentioned is mostly CPU dependant.
Thank you, this looks good. I wasn't sure if the GPU would make a difference so I added it just to make sure. Anyway, I'll do more research about Ryzen and try to choose between Intel and AMD.
Sorry for the late reply. I'm in Australia, so I bought from PLE. Here's the link.
Take a look at these.

It's hard to find a cheap 27" 144hz monitor and a gtx 1060 is really suited for a single display 1080p gaming. Just get any 1080p 60hz monitor and you're good. I, myself use a single 1080p 60hz monitor. However if you really want a 27" 144hz monitor here's 1 with lot's of good reviews on Amazon, it's $350 USD.

The mouse I use is the Logitech G502 Spectrum and it's a really good mouse, solid build great sensor and it's RGB (it's mostly black with some silver/gray bits). If you want a white mouse look up Corsair, they have nice looking white mice.
As for mouse pad I use Corsair MM200 Extended mouse pad, i'm able to put my mouse and keyboard on it with a lots of free space and you can choose a plain black mouse pad or a cooler looking one which what I use.
For keyboard, I've only used Corsair K70 LUX which is quiet expensive. Take a look at Azio MGK1, has black buid, wrist rest, Kailh switches and white backlight.

I hope this helps.
Both case a pretty good, H440 has a lot more color options, 3 x 120 mm intake and lots of drive bays not too familiar with the R5 but it should be similar.

I use NZXT H440 top is covered, has 2 x USB 3.0 and 2 x USB 2.0, audio/mic. Also it has 3 x 120 mm front intake fans and 1 x 140 mm exhaust. Another one is Fractal Define R5, haven't used it but it has really good reviews and pretty similar to H440 and it has 5.25 bay. Also Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX is a really good looking case but a bit more expensive and no 5.25 drive bay.

Yeah, they're really nice and make sure you get the new version which is the E80c which I only just remembered. Also here's another one. FiiO EX1 (a rebrand of DUNU Titan1 which is really good and popular.)

Take a look at this thread on Reddit, they talk about gaming on 1440p monitor with GTX 1060. Also I have a GTX 1070 and I use a 1080p 60hz (No G-Sync) monitor and it looks fine for me (might be different for you though).
I'm not an audiophile or anything so I don't know much not an expert. I'm using SoundMagic E80s it's really good in terms of build quality and sound. I've listed some in-ear headphones that I've read good reviews about. The price max is around $100 USD
Xiaomi Hybrid - https://www.amazon.com/Xiaomi-QTER01JY-Original-Earphone-Headphone/dp/B019FBWOSA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1480245873&sr=8-1&keywords=xiaomi+hybrid

I've used the first 2 headphones, the E80s has nice build, strong cable, hard to get tangled and great sound quality and the Xiaomi Hybrid a "V" shaped sound signature, kevlar coated cable (If you get this straighten the cable once in a while to prevent the inner cable from getting out of the kevlar sleeving.) and pretty clean design. All of these headphones are under $100 on Amazon.
Sorry for the really late reply, the ram is around 30 mm not sure the exact height but with the cooler I got there was 30-35 mm space for low profile ram. If you like the cooler but worried about your ram not fitting, take a look at the Cryotig R1 Universal, it has 1 slim fan that shouldn't go over any ram slots that's on the right side of the CPU.
Nope, they came with black ones, I bought custom shroud from PCCaseGear around $12 AUD. The Cryorig R1 Universal comes with 1 slim fan and white shroud. Here's the link, not sure if they still have the white ones though.
Sorry for the late reply, it was around $700 AUD. We pay a lot more here in Australia compared to the US. Here's the link.
I bought the card from PLE Computers. Here's the link.
I plan on OCing so I need a Z170 mobo, the only other B/W mobo the suits me needs is the Asus Z170-AR which is at most 5 dollars cheaper. I like the Krait's look better and I will stick with it. Thanks anyway!!
Thanks dude, i'll keep that in mind when I buy the parts.
Is this PC nice? Yes. Am I jealous? Hell yes.
I was just wondering if there was a performance difference between the 2 because I've been reading a lot of good things about the G3258 and thanks for you answer.
Yep that's what i meant also out of curiosity will the G3258 bottleneck a GTX 970 or 980ti? Thanks for the info.
Sorry for the confusion, i was asking if the Space Glace was your first build and i was showing you the rig im planning to build. =D
Was this your first build? I'm still saving up for my own, i'll be building a black and white rig but not as fancy as yours though.
Really good looking build, it kinda look similar with the latest build from LinusTechTips (similar not the same) with the white colour scheme and most of the parts like the CPU, mostherboard, GPU and the ram. You can find it here.
This one is black is small blue accents, the EVGA GTX 970. Also I found this MSI GTX 970 with small blue accents like the EVGA GTX 970 is mostly black with blue stickers and stuff. They're around $340 USD.
MSI - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-gtx9704gd5toc
EVGA - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-04gp42974kr
Cherry MX Red's are good for gaming, Blue's for typing and the Brown's are a good balance of the two.
I'm pretty sure that you can't put most GTX 970 in that case without removing those cages. According to the PCPartPicker page for the Phantom 410 it only supports 230 mm cards with the cages on and upto 305 mm without the cages. But according to this discussion on Reddit that smallest GTX 970 is the Zotac ZT-90101-10P which is 203 mm in length, so it will fit (correct me if I'm wrong). Links below.
So I've never built a pc but if I was to get a monitor for my first build, it would be the Asus VS239H-P. It has a lot of good reviews. It's currently $150 on Amazon.
Thanks again for the suggestion, read many good reviews about the Das Keyboard but I think I would just save up and get the K70 RGB, it looks really good and has a simple layout.
Thanks for the suggestion. Do you have any other suggestion that has blue or white backlight? Coz the K70 has red and the RGB version costs around $250 AUD.
Thanks but other than the thermal paste and the motherboard the build looks fine?
Ok, I will be buying the cord then but would Amazon/eBay have them?
Thanks, that cleared things up.
That's good but I've read some PSU have a switch for 115V and 230V and it will blow up if you switch it to the wrong voltage.
Yep, I think is 230V but will the psu come with a different cord or will I have to purchased it separately and where? Also can I just use an adapter for the plug?
Ahh..ok. Thanks for the build, this will save me money for the monitor and stuff.
This is a great build, thanks but is there a cheap Asus ROG Motherboard that's about the same price as the Z87 Pro?
