Haha.

That's the store's cook. Someone was telling him to save some food for me and the assembling guy.

Heavy awsum build man.

Hey may I ask if the 650W PSU has any problems handling the 980 Ti under intense gaming situations?

The Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 Ti G1 Gaming is...

--better when OC-ed. --has better cooling. --is better looking.

Whereas, the Asus Strix 980ti is better out of the box, without any overclock.

Thanks for being so candid with your reply. I have always used ASUS boards in the past and will do so again. I wont do any SLI setups, I just want a 6-Core CPU. Shame they dont come with the Z97 platform :(

Very nice build. I like that you used the 5820K and ASUS X-99A motherboard.

You mentioned that "I went through a few motherboards".

Could you tell me if the MSI X99S MPOWER ATX Motherboard is a good board? It costs less than the Asus X-99A so I am considering the MSI.

Nice choice of components except for the PSU. You are cutting it really close with that PSU. I hope you know that PSUs degrade over time and within a year your PSU will not be able to pump out 550Watts of continuous power anymore.

So as a rule of thumb I always aim for a PSU that's at least 100% more than what my system requires.
