"The R9 380 would need to be dropped to medium settings for reasonable playability, where we saw an unlisted average of 56FPS, 1% low of 37FPS, and 0.1% low of 15FPS." Gamers nexus quote.

So yeah you should be fine at medium.

This can do in most games at medium, put a decent OC on FX 6300 and some on the 380, you will be good.

Yes these both new and more powerful but also more efficient and less power hungry than previous generations.

The 1050Ti is around 75 to 89% percent more powerful in gaming than a 750ti.

The RX 470 smokes the 1050TI

Nice bang for your buck there. The SSD certainly would be nice upgrade. ADATA has 240 GB for around USD60.00.

If you looking to replace the stock cooler you could make DIY wraith. Get a good 80 mm fan put on a heat sink and THA DA .

Whoo, that a big boy! One most sexiest air coolers out there. Wish it could have fit, it would have looked awesome.

I wonder if these would fit in the HAF.

You could try the Phanteks PH-TC14PЕ it comes in Varity of colors RED, black, white and Blue.

There also Cryorig R1 Ultimate which comes black.

Yes there is way. Depends on where you live and how creative you are?

Step one- Get a old OME/pre build machine such as HP pavilion 6000 services. there Dell and Lenovo also. keep your eyes open for deals on EBAY, CRAIG LISTS, and local PC recycling center or dump. Even the Dell auction site but you have to bid.

Your looking for any old 4 cores CPU.

Examples are AMD Athlon 2 X4 630 Socket type AM3.

For intel the Core 2 Quad Socket LGA 775.

There is the Frist gen I5 and I7 such I5-750 and I7-920 Socket type LGA 1156.

Minimum Ram is 4GB no matter DDR3 or DDR2.

Step Two - Get a RX 460 GB on sale, the best price so far was new was a power color from amazon for USD 90.00 with USD 20 mail in rebate. There is also GTX 750 TI and cheapest GTX 1050 is the ZOTAC MINI which when on sale is around USD99.00. You have to actively looking for these deals cause they come and go.

Step Three- Get a Power supply that will not blow up. Such Evga 430 or 500W, 400W. IF you want to risk it you can go with USD20.00 Apevia ,this is 50/50 thing.

Put parts together.

If your considering the Dark Rock Pro 3 you should also see the Noctua-NH-D15 ( King Kong of air coolers) or the cryorig r1 ultimate.

If it is GPU upgrade there is XFX RX 480 and Power Color Red Devil 480. These 2 are best 480's out there both can hit 1365-1404 MHZ.

If it is GTX there is 1060.

And if your Feeling brave there is R9 Fury.

Excellent build from a Father to Son. This should actually hold up well with new titles. IF you do get frames drops you could lower setting but this is definitely better than a console.

P.S- You should get ,Titan fall 2, Gears of war 4 and Shadow war 2 these are well optimized should run well.
