I think what vitexo is saying is that pulling the relatively cooler air from outside the case would provide better cooling for the radiator. It's best if fans on top are exhaust since the hot air will rise. I have the same case and added two 80mm fans at the back just for some extra airflow, as I'm getting ready to install the Corsair h100 v2.

Sum up (from what I understand), bottom and front should be for intake, top and back for exhaust.

Sweet build man! +1

Also, how big of a difference is having a 144Hz monitor compared to 60Hz? Is it mind-blowing enough to spend an extra ~$200?

Love this build! Components look great together. When you say the CPU is good for "mid-range", are you playing games or using programs that are pushing it? I'd like to upgrade from my i3-7100 to the i5-7600K. Also, are you thinking of getting a monitor with higher than 60Hz rate?

What extra hardware do you need to mount the GPU like that, other than the cable? I'd like to do the same thing in my corsair air 240...

Love the case and forward-facing GPU! Did you need any other hardware to mount it like that, other than the cable? I'd like to do that in my corsiar air 240...

What extra hardware or supports did you need to mount the graphics card that way? I'd like to do the same thing in my corsair air 240 but not sure exactly what I'll need other than the cable...

Awesome build! I also like the uncolored water loops, works very well with the tempered glass case.

Hey, just curious about why you chose to loop the power cables over the top of the graphics card instead of under them. I also have the air 240 case and it seems easier to route them under the card but maybe you just wanted to show off the cables more? Looks really good as is, just wondering because I want to add sleeved extensions to my build soon. Your setup convinced me to use the Air 240, so awesome!

Nice budget set up! Cheap is the way to go on a first build.
What kind of monitor do you have?

Dude. DUDE. This looks like a Protoss build. Like a pylon is just going to warp into your room at any second and Tassadar is going to show you how to game.

Mostly it was getting rid of the noisy fans that came with the case, and finding a great deal on 5 fans for $20. Maybe if I mount them all on the bottom and crank up the voltage it will hover.

Yeah, I'll have to run some temp checks at idle and gaming and then post those. So far, CPU doesn't get above 50 and GPU above 55.

No, I didn't consider the G4560 but it looks like a nice processor. Would have been a good alternative for sure. Just added my storage, two SSD's.
