Then the new TOOL album. Fear Inoculum is really long (50 seconds under the 80 minute mark for CD.)
Queen: The Platinum Collection has a lot of music, and all of it is damn amazing.
Thanks man, it looks better! <3
Overall, looks cleaner. I do have a few gripes though.
Feels like everything is bigger now, and less site space. Wish things were a smidge thinner.
Tabs don't feel nearly as separate, I liked the trapezoid design from before a lot more.
I understand why they're doing this though. They're obviously trying to get all of their products to look the same UI wise so the general public can easily identify what's a Google product and what's not. Smart business move on their end, it'll just take some getting used to.
Karma is essentially the net amount of upvotes you have received. There's nothing particularly useful that comes with Karma besides bragging rights. Excluding the secret Karma store, of course /s
Well, in an evolutionary aspect, to provide variation to the population and gene pool.
From a family standpoint, to continue your bloodline.
From a traditional standpoint, because that's what married couples do.
From an emotional standpoint, because babies can provide fulfillment and happiness to your life.
From a religious standpoint, to provide more children to your deity of choice (for the most part, some religions actually encourage no reproduction.)
From an economic standpoint, you could consider children an investment. They can provide and care for you when they are older.
Pick your poison. :)
That thought makes me feel uncomfortable.
If that's the title of your PC, showing it off must be a mouthful.
Please, let us forget about it...
Closer to a 15% difference.
No. However, the Ryzen 3 2200g and Ryzen 5 2400g are APUs you may wish to consider looking into. The second of generation of APUs won't be here for a while.
Also, the correct way to phrase your question would be "Will the Ryzen 2600 be an APU?"
I could see why some may think otherwise, however what's your take on AR becoming the "next big thing"?
we can only hope
Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality in my honest opinion. Just gotta wait for it to take off. Just like the TV, Internet and the Cell Phone, it seems like foreign technology from Star Trek, but really it's just a matter of time.
Absolutely should, good stuff even if you're not particularly into anime :)
You should wait anyway as episode 1 is really just recap. I'd wait until next week to catch 1 and 2 dubbed.
Crunchyroll and Funimation have episode 1 in English subbed. No dub until next week ;-;
I might read the manga after this season, still deciding. Either way, all aboard the hype train!
Now would be the perfect time to finish it!
You had one job. ONE. /s
There's not much else to say other than: yeah.
Saying it's dead is incorrect really. In fact, it really has yet to take off. VR will be the future of immersion in my opinion, just got to wait for developers and a hit game. It really only takes one good game for a platform to sell, just look at the Switch.
Mine have not fell apart, so I can vouch for them there. The braided cord will coil if you're not diligent about keeping it uncoiled.
Here is the return policy.
How much is "super expensive" for you?
My AKG earbuds which came with my Note 8 are literally the best earbuds I've ever had. Then again, I only really used Apple earbuds extensively in the past. I'm sure you could find some for cheaper, but I linked the official page for them.
Galaxy Note 8. Aside from the OnePlus series, I'd argue this is the best phone on the market right now. Have Culpeo ROM installed, wouldn't trade it for anything else (except maybe the OnePlus 5T)
I wasn't there for that thread, but I'm glad you're feeling better :)
The 8700k will perform perfectly okay in streaming. However, Ryzen is just better at it. However, the 8700k will be way better at gaming alone. In the end you probably made the best choice.
For streaming, you probably should/should have gone with Ryzen. Anyway, yeah, you can run Fortnite 1080p 60fps just fine. Can't vouch for Coffee Lake's streaming performance but you should be fine.
I just did the main quest as fast as possible so I could have the world to myself.
When ugandan_knuckles is no longer 404'd.
This is both the worst and best thread on this topic. Kind of tragik.
I don't like the whole gamer part of my name, but my online persona has always been associated with the aquatic mammal, the narwhal. This is largely due to the narwhal music video which I was infatuated with around the time I got my Xbox 360. So, my first user name was LeTHaLxNarwhal. (the LeTHaL part being my group of friend's clan tag) After a majority of my friends either moved or I fell out of contact with, I decided to remove the LeTHaL part but keep the whole narwhal persona since that is what people would shorten my name to when playing an online game. Thus, here we are. TheNarwhalGamer. When possible, I just shorten the name to Narwhal or TheNarwhal.
My friend, I feel you. I have a GTX 1080 SLI setup and am playing on a 60HZ monitor. I'm getting the upgrade to a 1440p 144hz monitor soon, but damn, does it feel bad knowing I have so much power but can only use so little :(
Finland seems pretty nice. It'd be a bit of a culture shock, but not as major as moving to Nigeria or something.
I am very apathetic towards a lot of things simply because I don't want to waste the energy on caring. Time marches on, and so will I.
I mean, if it's not harming anyone, fine by me.
Well, Google defines the word paradox as the following: "a seemingly absurd or self-contradictory statement or proposition that when investigated or explained may prove to be well founded or true." So, I don't think it's a paradox by definition.
None taken, friend. I'd be inclined to agree with you, actually. I'd argue that there is no inherent soul, man or machine. So as soon as every part was replaced, the original machine would be completely gone.
Hey, don't shoot the messenger. I wasn't the one who came up with the title.
sick necro bro
It's gonna be kind of hard to add anything if no one can edit it, or access it for that matter.
You see, this brings up the Theseus Paradox. If you build a PC, then slowly replace the parts over the years, is it still the same machine?
This should probably be in Offtopic or General...
But here you go anyway.
What you could do is purchase an Amazon Fire Stick, and set up a home media center using Kodi. It'll likely cost more up front, but will save you money in the long run, as using one is free once you've bought all the necessary components to do so. I have a media center set up and it's way better then any other streaming service. Some helpful links that may assist you are a video from TechQuickie and a guide on how to set up Kodi.
If you don't want to do that, you can still buy a Fire Stick and purchase subscriptions to services like ESPN and HBO Now individually. Plus you can download Netflix and watch Amazon Video on the Fire Stick as well. I feel like this would be the best solution to your dilemma. Good luck and take care!
It took me 100 hours for me to get my first win. I suck pretty hard at PUBG, but oh boy the first chicken dinner I won gave me a dopamine rush that could easily outperform any drug. Here are my tips:
To practice aim, listening for footsteps and close quarters combat, just repeatedly drop School/Hacienda del Patron, for each map respectively. You’ll likely die a lot of the time, but it will help improve the aforementioned skills.
When not practicing CQC, try to get as far away from the plane as possible. I often will drop on a road and find a vehicle to travel to a place far away from the plane.
Try to stick to cover. When picking a spot to stay at for a while, try to find a place with (for example) a rock in front of you and a tree behind you. Some of the tiny settlements are excellent for this because you have a giant building behind you and a stone wall in front of you.
When out in a field, camp in bushes and use Alt to look around. That way you can see all the way around you without moving. When late game, I usually drop my second primary weapon so it doesn’t stick out and give away my position.
When the playzone is closing in on a hill, stick to the edge of the playzone. People will definitely be on top of the hill and will kill you quickly if you are out in the open. Try to find the closest tree or rock towards the edge of the playzone and stay there.
Use tab to loot. Not much more to this one, it’s just way more efficient.
That's all from me, good luck winning that delicious chicken dinner!
How did you manage to get a 1GB 1080Ti? /s
Around $1750 imo.
My Note 8 runs it pretty spectacularly at a 30 fps at 1080x2220. It's on the highest settings as well. Then again, flagship Samsung phone, I don't know how well it will perform on others.
Dual-core is not a good investment. And that specific model really limits upgrade paths.
I'm slightly afraid of your PC.
