HoneyBadger84's Completed Build: KathyRGB The Destroyer

blockbuster4664 1 Build 1 point 1 month ago

Yeah SLI is kinda dead so when you want to go and do the SLi, sell the 1080 Ti and buy a 2080Ti with the funds you were going to use on the second one, and sell the first one

thomastli's Completed Build: KAGOME

blockbuster4664 1 Build 2 points 3 months ago

I have the 200R but just warning you to be careful around the power button. Idk if it’s a one off issue with my unit but the paint on the power button started chipping in the first week and it’s at the point where the entire half of the button is worn off.

KaptainKris1's Completed Build: Blue Blizzard - Winter Gaming/Workstation Rig

blockbuster4664 1 Build 4 points 3 months ago

Down the road I would change that motherboard out to Z390 so you can overclock your CPU to get a little more life out of it.

blockbuster4664 1 Build 2 points 3 months ago

Yes, you did indeed nail it. This looks amazing, especially with the custom Barrow block, which I haven’t seen before now actually installed

Toon325's Completed Build: First gaming pc

blockbuster4664 1 Build 1 point 4 months ago

Weird but okay, I figured they removed it and the 360 rad seemed like a valid reason but I guess we’ll have to find out

Jorneyp's Completed Build: First build

Probably behind the back panel, it’s not like the Hue plus where it’s worth showing off

oquelus's Completed Build: Lian Li Dynamic

blockbuster4664 1 Build 1 point 4 months ago

Yeah they only look good when they’re in exhaust or on the front of a case with glass. Mounting them to the top for exhaust would probably make them look better.

oquelus's Completed Build: Lian Li Dynamic

blockbuster4664 1 Build 1 point 4 months ago

Why do u have The LL fans on the radiator? Since they are intake nobody will be able to see them. If you put the LLs on the bottom people can see them and three HD fans can replace the LL Ones on the radiator

jonbuttcheeks's Completed Build: R Sex

blockbuster4664 1 Build -2 points 5 months ago

I work extensively with consumer external drives as backups for servers at my job. They consistently are outlasted by the drives within the systems themselves and die after 3 years or so. The external drives you’re using may be different but this has been my experience.

Rabbitman109's Completed Build: 2018 Build

blockbuster4664 1 Build 1 point 5 months ago

Idk man, that nonexistent RTX tho

Rabbitman109's Completed Build: 2018 Build

blockbuster4664 1 Build 1 point 5 months ago

True, just a light nitpick tho

jonbuttcheeks's Completed Build: R Sex

blockbuster4664 1 Build -1 points 5 months ago

Yeah I would honestly just buy actual ones since external drives on the whole aren’t known for their longevity, but that’s just me.

Rabbitman109's Completed Build: 2018 Build

blockbuster4664 1 Build 0 points 5 months ago

graphics card from 2016

In all seriousness though this build looks denominated, as most Lian Li builds do.

MallarderM's Completed Build: Personal 3 Monitor New Setup (1070-i5)

blockbuster4664 1 Build 1 point 5 months ago

Honestly I’d question if that 4460 is a bottleneck for the 1070.
