Anyway, awesome looking build. The colors look great.

These builds using small HTPC cases always amaze me. I couldn't imagine working in a case that small, but the result is so satisfying. +1

+1. You should take some pictures in the light though so we can see the inside a little better.

Anything, really. Just something to differentiate it from the other two more clearly.

Comment reply on Kwerpi's Completed Build: MAGI2

Oh I totally agree. It's confusing as all he'll having the Titan X, Titan X (P), and the Titan Xp. They really should have gone with a new letter for the third one.

Comment reply on Kwerpi's Completed Build: MAGI2

He has a Titan Xp, not a Titan X (Pascal). The Xp is more powerful than the 1080 Ti, if only by a small margin that doesn't justify the price difference.

None of the items in your part list match the pictures. Literally everything is different. I'm not sure if this is a mistake or simply a lie, but this obviously wrong. I can't upvote with that in mind.

I'm gonna recommend what I imagine everyone else will: change out the i3 for a Pentium G4560 as it has almost identical performance and use the money you save to get a RX 470 instead of the 1050 Ti

Very nice build, very clean and just the right amount of lighting for a red/black build. Looks gorgeous in my opinion.

Quick question though, why do you have the Evolv ITX in the part list? Isn't that a P400? And why isn't the motherboard listed?

Comment reply on FlynHawn's Completed Build: Return to College

That's true. I'm mostly just jealous. I lost the lottery and my FX-8350 won't take any OC at all. If I change the voltage or multiplier even the tiniest bit the computer will freeze after ~30 seconds of Prime95 and my temps skyrocket. It is five years old though, so it might be on the tail end of its lifespan.

Comment reply on FlynHawn's Completed Build: Return to College

Fair enough. You probably don't even need 4.5 to bottleneck the 7850. The RX 480 should see much better improvements from those speeds.

The bigger enthoos have space. I have an Enthoo Pro M and it looks like I could probably squeeze a 280mm up there with decent enough clearance, and thats just a mid tower. Don't have one to test it though, so I could be wrong.

Comment reply on FlynHawn's Completed Build: Return to College

4.5 at stock is an awesome OC! You should see how high you can get it if you bump the voltage a bit. You might be able to hit 5 with good temps.

Nice build, +1.
