yeah but the difference between mine and his would be small considering they are both still 1080p. what does confuse me though is why his is only 60Hz. if youre going 1080p with a gtx 1070 id figure that hed use a moniter with a much higher refresh rate than that
I have a 1070 and I use it with a 2560x1080p monitor so that I get really high frame rates when I'm playing games in ultra settings.
What desk is that? I really like the clean look and the compactness of the desk.
Yeah man i love my k70 rapidfire. The switches can take a couple of days to get used to but once you do its fantastic
Yeah I wouldn’t be surprised if his temps went down by double digits if it were horizontally mounted. Vertical mounts are bad for air cooled cards
That's a great deal man good job
How did you get the CPU for so cheap? I know it's a little old but I didn't think it'd be that inexpensive.
-1 because it's not an Eagles build #FlyEaglesFly
Jk man awesome build
The North Remembers...
Probably to fill all the slots lol, I'd probably do something similar if I had same budget
Nice build, just wondering why you didn’t go with an unlocked cpu. You have a mobo that can overclock and an aio capable of the higher temps.
Where did you get the ROG fan grill? Might want to grab one myself.
Move it up to the top slot because if you have it in the bottom it can actually bottleneck your performance.
Hey man awesome build but I got a quick question about your mouse. I’m looking into getting it as I play a lot of FPS games, but do you find it too heavy to play FPS? I’ve head that the weight kind of drags it down and I was wondering if you had any problems. Thanks in advance, +1 for awesome build
When you buy only the best of the best lol. If I were to spend this much on my pc, I’d buy fitting made of only the finest platinum lol
FYI you listed a Cryorig C7 but you have an H7
Most of the PCIe slots on motherboards decrease after the first one. The first one is x16, while the next is x8 and maybe the third even x4 but I depends on the motherboard. I’d consult your manual to check
It's the first link that is in the description is a tutorial of how to do it
Good looking setup overall! +1
Amazing build keep it up :)
Ah ok thank you for answering!
Can someone explain what he is doing in pictures 8-10? I'm new to PC building and I have seen this a couple of times but never really knew what it was. Thanks in advance
Hey nice build! Just because you're 14 not everyone assumes you're a spoiled brat btw ;)
I saved for two summers worth of work to get my first pc build so i know the feeling.
This guy is right. You will get better performance if you move it up
with a GTX 1080 I'd imagine a he could get well over 150 at 1080p.
Thanks! I'm actually far from a perfect cable manager but I try my best lol. Salazar Studios is a guy in YT who does some good cable management videos if you're trying to get better.
Great build, you even cleaned your room for the pictures lol
Nice build! Motherboard is a little overkill, could've probably saved a hundred bucks by getting a cheaper chipset since 7500 are locked cpus, but otherwise very nice!
That's a massive power supply for the parts you have. Could've saved some money by getting one with less watts
I added unigine heaven benchmarks at both high and ultra. I don't have 3D mark and I just spent a lot of my money on this pc so I didn't want to buy it lol. The unigine benchmarks are free. I was going to do cinebench to test the cpu but since cinebench is not really influenced by the graphics card so it's very easy to find 6600k results online
Are you using a 6600k too because I may be able to run a couple of benchmarks if ur interested. The asus Strix cards are always well worth the money and are just amazing. Low temps too
I was between this mobo and an MSI Krait one and I ended up landing with this one and no regrets here, I love the board.
Thank you :)
