I won't judge you for playing Roblox because I sometimes play it because my friends don't have good computers. Anyways, do NOT buy a used mouse. Sure, if you are getting it from a friend, you can ask them to clean it off in some ways, but some random guy on eBay or Craigslist probably won't.

Be aware that graphics cards have higher prices than usual due to cryptocurrency (ex: Bitcoin) mining demand, the good news is, Bitcoin's value is decreasing. I will put the graphics card at normal price, if you even need one (I'll be able to tell by use).

If he/she has a local Microcenter, he/she can get a GTX 1070 along with an accessory that shows they are a gamer to get the GTX 1070 for the same price as the GTX 1060 3GB! Also some 6GB versions are cheaper.

The problems:

  • Windows 7 does not work with Coffee Lake CPUs, it may not show it however.

  • 32-bit OS will limit you because only 4GB of RAM works and most games are now 64-bit.

I have 144hz and in Overwatch I get around 160-200FPS, CS:GO 200-290FPS (same as a GTX 1050?), and PUBG 100FPS.
