I dont recommend that one.

That little 212 its pretty much to bomb diggity, and why they sell so many. I swapped out the fan, easy breezy, works well

it sucks. i messed with it a great deal. with only 3 heat pipes does not transfer much heat. At least that is my take. the fins never got warm, but the CPU would max at 80 degrees which as you know is nothing for an 8350 but hotter than i would like. Also i tried resetting the cooler with different paste a few times, I do love the little clip that holds the fan on the fins, that was a good design. I have already replaced that cooler with the old standard, evo 212 , and temps then maxed at 67, which is much much better. I would NOT recommend this cooler to a friend, but perhaps the Raijintek with 4 heat pipes works better.

As one of the other old guys here who used to have a cassette tape for programs, and now has a7600. If you run that 8 pin around behind mobo, unscrew fan and slide plug through, the re attach fan. would be good cable mgmt trick. Love the build. Old guys rule!

or we will continue to see only black and red motherboards... Orange or Purple or heck even pink. You would think Gigabyte or ASrock or someone would have some cool coolers. There are a few, but they are few and far between

I have 6 x 2 tb drives. Gives me 5.8 tb usable. The raid 10. Makes a 3 pair stripe and able to get great performance. Currently bound by the 1Gb wire. If you go raid 5 or raid 6. There is a write penalty associated w the parity bit. So I chose to avoid that. There are plenty of great RAID docs available. Google away
