1080p at max settings everything on ultra and gets between 100-120 depending on the map being played on.
great little 1080p gamer. How does that red devil run on that 450w PS?
no splitters. the fan are a kit with a fan hub. I think that board has 2 headers on it as well
yeah, they should at least put on the box that its ryzen 3rd gen ready with BIOS UPDATE....
good to know. thanks!
Thanks I appreciate it.
Did the Asrock board B450 board work with the Ryzen 3600 right out of the box or did you have to do a bios update?
I like this budget build. I really like the Steel legend boards, I've used 4 of them myself. The things I would change if it were mine.
1. I would go with a ryzen 5 2600 for the 6 cores 12 threads and the fact that you have a dedicated GPU already, Or wait and get a ryzen 3 3600. ASrock already has a bios update for the new CPU's
2. I would pick up another 8 gigs of ram when you can. Or wait and get 16gb of faster ram 3200 or better if you go with the new ryzen 3 3600
3. As cheap as SSD's are now I would at least try and pick up a 256gb or even 512gb. I like to have 3 or 4 games that I play all the time on SSD just for faster load times.
All in all I think this is a great start to a budget friendly Gaming PC!
it will let you do basic stuff like, change the color, breathing and cycle through all colors.
yeah, you have to stay on top of the auctions if you want a good deal.
Disregard this troll. He's been a member since 2014 and only has 3 comments. Apparently today he decided to log in and call everyone's build a lie.
It's the cooler that comes with the ryzen 7 1700. Most of the parts came from Ebay on this build.
Not a lot of headroom in the 2600x for overclocking, it's really just an overclocked 2600 out of the box.
I agree it's for sure the best looking 1070ti
Two different ways. One I'll just build and post it on my Facebook page. If someone wants a custom I'll ask them for their needs such as minimum fps and storage and then quote out a system based on their needs. I'll then invoice them through PayPal they pay, I order parts and builds then ship it to them UPS. Not a big money maker but I enjoy building and it keeps me up to date on trends and new products.
Great budget build. You did the right thing by not waiting on Zen 2, I just wish as much as these new GPU's cost they could at least give you a backplate. It's not like it would cost them much more to add one.
The 1700 comes with that RGB cooler in my pic. This system is a 1600 which doesn't but I had an extra RGB one from a build that I used a AIO on.
Thanks! I appreciate that!
There is a stock CPU fan on the motherboard if that's what you are asking.
Mostly on Facebook and sometimes on letgo. I've sold a few on Ebay when I get a half off coupon on the fees.
Yeah, evga refurb
Yeah, the T-Force delta is the ram I was talking about. I've used it a bunch and it overclocks nice. I get it to run at 3400 and 3600 all the time with no problems at all.
For the second build you have here, I would change up a few things to save some money. First I would go with the Ryzen 7 2700 over the 2600x I would take the 2 more cores and 4 more threads over the faster clock speeds for what you are using it for. It also comes with a good RGB stock cooler so no need to buy the Hyper 212 evo. #2 I would not spend that much on Corsair ram. I would use team group DDR4 3200 RGB ram for half the price as the corsair. For the motherboard I would use the new AsRock B450 steel legend board. I have used 3 of them so far and they are great boards for the money. I would also get a better case for the same price. Maybe a P300 P350 or possibly a NZXT H500. If you make all these changes you could save yourself about 130-140 dollars off this build. Just my 2 cents worth. good luck!
Fan kit comes with a remote that will change the colors and the patterns of the lights.
yes they are behind the motherboard on the corners. They can be adjusted through MSI mystic lighting.
yeah it was actually 31.95 on amazon. Pcpartpicker is always a little slow on updating the lowest prices for some reason.
Thanks, If you have the time to wait out ebay you can find some very good deals. I enjoy seeing what kind of performance I can squeeze out of the least amount of money lol.
Not to bad, idle around 34c full load about 55-59c. As long as you don't overclock theres nothing wrong with the stock cooler.
I guess it's a craps shoot with these cards. Some I've had run from 68-73c under full load and others have run at 78-83c.
RX 580 pulls between 220 and 245 watts, the RTX 2060 pulls between 150 and 175 watts.
great job on your first build! Now save up and pop a RTX 2060 in it and rock and roll!
i think it has to be plugged in to a sata power connector from your power supply
the case rgb is contoled by the button on the front of the case. mine is not connected to the motherboard
Check out my Facebook page and shoot.me.a message if interested.

Great looking build! What kind of temps are you getting on that 2080ti during gaming?
Hows the heat with that Zotac 1080ti? I've used a bunch of Zotac 1070 and 1070TI's before and they run a little hot.
Shows the Power supply at 69.98
it does show the total.
Thanks for the compliment. you should love it. plays anything on max settings at 1080p and most games in 2k with adjusted settings.
So far, I've tested PUBG on max and average 110-125 on 1080p, Apex Legends on max gets around 105-115, BF5 max is 95-105. So far there is no game that it won't play on 1080p at well above 60fps.
Great first budget build. Next upgrade should be to sell your 2200g and purchase a Ryzen 5 2600 so you can take advantage of the full PCIE x16. I think using the 2200g with integrated graphics custs the pcie lane down to 8x for the GPU.
This is the ATX version, for some reason i picket the matx on here....so far so good, board has good overclocking ability, and both 5v and 12v rgb headers. If you look back at most of my past builds I have used a lot of Asrock boards and haven't had any problems with them at all.
thanks, they are pretty good fans for the price.
makes sence, good thing prices are starting to go down now.
