Thanks for the reply. I had considered getting the glacier at one point ,but the idea of the DDC pump noise always turned me away. Thanks again i hope you can find solution to the pump speed
This makes soft tubing look good , plus i like the idea of opting for one big radiator. I have to ask how is the sound levels from the DDC pump you have ?
Just look at his build log , this build was planned way before Ryzen 9 was formally announced. like you said this system rocks . Hope to have something that could be a potential feature like this someday
Your build is really well thought out. This is a great proof of concept for me . I'm looking to do something similar since i don't want to put a rad on the top of my case. I will definitely be using your loop for reference. +1
This is great + 1, its builds like this that make me want to take a plunge into water-cooling . I do wanna ask what causing a price hike on 1080ti's if you know? I didn't realize the were selling so high till i saw your comment.
This is a great ITX build +1 . I have plans to build one in the near future , though i may go even smaller . i have to ask , what model is the monitor stand that you have ?
I can't say i'm a fan of the View 27 but this build may have changed my mind on that . I'm very impressed +1 . I do have a question since i don't see it listed but what Radiator do you have mounted up front ?
Its almost to good to be true , but I sooo badly want this rumor to be fact . I would for the first time pre-order a PC part if it happens
Thanks so much for responding with the detailed reply . I'm working on my first custom loop and i know i can't be cheap when it comes to selecting parts . Finding a good deal is key right now , so this really helps .
This is really cool to see great to see a build that's running brass tubes . i personally would be ok with just 1/4 of the unicorn barf but it compliments + 1 . That said i have to ask question , i'm running the same gpu as you and i was wondering were you found a good deal on your water blocks
I assumed he mean't the amount of apps and programs i have on my desktop screen. That confusion aside thank you , i really did try to put in the time to have all the cables routed neatly for easy access
Thank you so much , i have made some made some updates to the build that i still need to showcase . This case is getting pretty rare . i had to pay more than i was comfortable with to get it
Wonderful job on this build +1.
I must ask with the Nanoxia cable clips how do you attach them to the case ? is mounted with a bracket or another specific type of adhesive .
Its fine i'm pretty sound sensitive too but the glass is facing away from me so i should be ok . I do plan to just bite the bullet and just grab both of the R6 add-ons(pcie and type-c front panel ) but thanks for the heads up i will keep it in mind just in case .
This is fantastic , job well done. We actually have a lot of the same key components. I just got my hands on on the the 1080 FTW hybrid(love it so far ) and plan to vertical mount. I'm just waiting on a few key components before i can make my post. your build is a great proof of concept for me . + 1
I didn't even notice that , i hope that's not the case. I was caught up on 3 different resolution monitor's used for the racing sim , that would be really jarring on the eyes.
This was very generous of you , job will done in building a fantastic Pc. Just my two cents but if there's a budget left maybe consider getting or making a custom backplate for the gpu .
This is a really good build all things considered. i do have to points
i understand you don't want to use an ssd but maybe you can use intel optane to get your HDD to near SSD speeds and its fairly cheap
If you get the chance would you should maybe upgrade your monitor . you have almost to much power for your current resolution and refresh rate
great build and appreciate you taking the time to share with us +1
This a fantastic build, really good job. if i didn't read the above i would have thought this was your main build. ALSO i have to ask where did you get the cpu cooler ? i thought it wasn't being sold yet
