well you need to test it all outside of the case, but you could
because they care about whats a good price? they might sell it at 1500 and people would still buy it
delete it all, unless you said you would include all the saves and add-ons
could look into the R9 270(x), it has hdmi and its pretty cheap
they make 1400-1600watt ones
self taught gets you a job still lol, i am going to devry(not as bad as everyone thinks depending on location but mine is close to the guildhall(gearbox designed that master degree program) so devry stepped up massively since it has to compete with alot of schools close by lol )
lol my first ever class had a guy who was so quiet he could walk in and out of the class and you would not even know it
your psu is fine for what you have but if you plan to add a 2nd gpu, you might want to bump it up to 750-1k, not sure how much it would say you need if you added a 2nd
well if you find one, message me because i would like that to lol
stackoverflow.com, runnable.com < pretty much becomming youtube of code has all types, cplusplus.com
edit: i only do c++ mainly also for java look up derek banas on YT he does java/android videos but i use his java videos and just convert them to c++
i would not know, living in the states, but if buying from amazon AND shipping internationally is cheaper by a ok margin i would do it but that could take days-weeks to get to you so it really is all up to you, but i would assume amazon would package international decent
looks good but do you need 16gb of ram?
amd would drop that by around 100$+ depending on which one you pick, also do you need a 135$ keyboard? if not you could get like a 70 or so, also with a amd you might be able to drop mobo price a little, and do you need a wifi adapter?
looks good but since it is mainly for gaming 8gb of ram is plenty
this might help you
not as long as it is a good solid psu
mainly messing around with, but would be useful to have all my c++ programs in one general location where i have access to, and i dislike the idea of cloud storage that i do not own 100%
edit: also for kinda cheap testing of multiplayer options in my school work, i dont know if those parts are good enough for that or if i can do that but the games would not really be that demanding
well the mobo does not matter to much since all 6 monitors will have to be ran off of your gpu, but msi makes good boards
i think it would give a noticeable increase
well i would suggest 3 monitors because well 2 gaming is not great idea lol, i believe the ram on the gpu is important for multi monitors so you might wanna look into R9 280X i think it comes with 3gb which would help with more than one monitor
however at only 1440x900 i think the 770 will do fine for your son, any particular games?
you should be fine running 3 monitors, what resolution are the monitors?
if they are not above 1080p, he should be able to game with a 770 on 3
edit: well more Googling says a 770 cant run high demanding games on 3 but you might want to find out more from nvidia owners because i am AMD lol
well according to 10 secs in Google, you can have 2 monitors setup with the 770 but nvidia surround requires 3 monitors so he will be able to use both monitors but when he games it will only use 1, unless you get 3 screens
edit: now if you were to go AMD gpu, eyefinity does not really care and will let you game on 2, but the middle will be right between the 2 monitors
is that psu enough? was watching linustechtips and he mentioned gigabytes 780ti can use like 450w
well the computer was built awhile ago and your asking almost brand new for it so i doubt anyone here will buy it, also parting it out would be easier but your best bet is Craigslist or eBay if you plan to sell entire thing
also "the knowledge to build it" does not really qualify as a reason for a high price, since a lot of people here you can probably get to Skype with you to help you out, not saying you decided to have high price because you built it but i have seen a few ppl say something along those lines
i believe it is better to have more intake than exhaust for dust, in any case i have a 300r and i have 2 front intake, 2 side intake then 2 exhaust waiting to add final 3rd one to when i get the $$
amd is crossfire, nvidia is sli
no ssd for os?
maybe http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-caso22001 or a 210
that is lil odd, could just be bad program also that game is why i built a pc lol
asus/amd since asus is the brand of card you bought or amd since they make it
only final thing i can think of is call up support
i doubt it is this but i am lost lol did you delete your old drivers for your old gpu? if its not installed anymore
is your PSU good enough for the 290x?
maybe a AMD-fx 6300, its a 6 core and as for mobo its w/e you can find really that you like or that is good brand
you could switch to amd and save a little, but i dont see price for your mobo, so if you have that already i would suggest you just buy what you picked and as for gaming it should run dayz fine, i have seen the game but not played it and i got a 270 and its not bad
well first you want to put the gpu/cpu in the mobo outside of your case so in case something does not works you did not just waste time, also i just built my first one and i activated windows, downloaded all my drivers, downloaded real anti virus, then began downloading programs/games i use
is it the beta drivers or previous ones?
i really doubt the 790 is going to be crazy powerful since the 780ti was just released, but i prefer AMD soo i would go with AMD
did you double check all your wires to make sure they are all plugged in? including the 4/8pin cpu
disabling adblock did it
have you tried to reinstall all the drivers?
slightly confused, is it a problem or just how the logos appears? and for my mobo its a option in the bios i believe but i have asus
the stock cooler will be fine since you do not plan to overclock, but i would still go with the 600 for a little future proof because you might add a cpu cooler, more fans and so on down the line
the prices work fine now but the completed builds section i still have to reload it, it works sometimes and it only takes first try to load but then it takes 3-4 refreshes at the worse so far
according to a few sites they had a i7 4770k(i believe, ik it was i7) and mantle improved that with a 290x by like 40fps on BF4
edit: i will try and find the link
2nd edit: https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/news/view/bf4-mantle-live/
not yet, i will try it after college today though
5$ more then your current SSD
