K series processor with an h97 board? Why not 17-4790? Would have saved some money so you could get at least a 270 instead.

The only benifit to an i7 over i5 is hyperthreading and many programs can not take advantage of the threads. The extra 970 will give much more in terms of speed.

You should get an SSD for your next upgrade. They can be found for around 50$ and they really help with boot times. Good cable management though +1

Going to ask before someone else does. Why not 970s? Aren't they better than 770s?

Why the formula vi over vii? The vii has a z97 chipset so you could overclock with that h100i.

Why 4 4gb sticks instead of two 8 gb sticks? It would get dual channel and upgrade potential.

2 things 7770 is worse than the 750ti and the ps4 has 500 gb of HARD DRIVE space not ram. Also 8 gb of ram is standard for gaming.

Are you a troll?

I personally would put in a cooler master 212 EVO for a non-overclocked build, but if you are dead set, noctua makes great fans.

+1 for description and price for power ratio, but I have a few questions about this build.

Why the expensive ram? You could get quality black ram for around 80$ and then you could buy a case lighting system for LEDs or just pocket the money. The desc says you bought it for something else but I dont see why you would need it.

Great build. It's sad that so many people overlook amd in favor of intel these days. +1 for being able to put in a 980 without your build topping out around 2000 like other builds I've seen.

This. Also you most likely should have used two 4 gigabyte sticks instead of one 8. Even if you were planning on upgrading 16 is overkill for gaming.
