This seems to be a popular idea that has gotten no action.
Ah, sorry, I meant when in Crossfire or SLI.
It was a hand me down, but thanks.
Nice build. How did you get the 5" screen to work? I only get a white screen and windows doesn't even see it. Powered it by usb to pins 2 and 9.

Nice job! Reminds me of my first gaming machine, an HP Pavilion a730n with a HD7770.
Loading time. O_o
No pictures, didn't happen. ;-(
Congratz Liam, nice first build. Try the Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) Version: 188.8.131.52 (Latest) Date: 11/11/2016. And that cooler should do just fine.
Nice build, looking for another brother? I would rotate that cooler clockwise 90* though.
Nice job. I enjoyed every pic.
If you are on a budget I might suggest taking the external HDD drive out of it's case and installing it in your PC. If not, definitely get an SSD for your OS drive. If you put your OS on an SSD, and put a program or game on the HDD, it will still run faster because of the SSD. Of course all SSD is still best. ;-)
Case is great, mmmm tempered glass.
I meant that you have no SSD or HDD listed? ;-)
Nice Rig, he should be very happy with that. I have the same MB, it rocks.
Beautifull build Btbammer, +1. 8GB RAM is just starting to be not enough on some games.
kjt1996 i have run 3200 clocked down to 3000 with the i7 6700k no prob.
MB doesn't support my brand at 3200 but does at 3000.
Nice Build. Um, where did you put your OS?
I find the SB much better at Dolby and DTS.
The Great Gaming Grandma Faceoff!
Pineapple upside down cake actually. And it was yummy.
Thanks. The fans help.
Or GTA V? ;-)
Thanks I'll check them out.
Now there's an idea, LAN Party at Grandma's!
Same here until we introduced her to WOW.
Thanks, I think shes more MMO.
Well it started out as a budget build but joyfully got out of hand. ;-)
These are tiny Canadian $...
Thanks. It may a little, less than 10%, but not enough to notice.
I agree. ;-)
Thanks. RGB wins.
Damn that looks good, first try or not. +1
Nice clean build. Your MB has 2 CPU fan connectors and 3 system fan connectors, why do you need a Fan hub? You can set custom fan profiles for the fan connectors in your CMOS. Are all the fans plugged into the hub speed controlled by the MB fan header the hub is plugged into?
Deepcool CAPTAIN 120EX WHITE
They didnt make 1070s when i got the 980. Thanks on the RAM, typo. C: 208GB free, D: 167GB free, E: 933GB free, Yup. ;-)
Thank you your Grace.
