I'm using two Corsair ML140's along with the stock fans on the cooler and I have a few other ML140's and one ML120 in the case for added airflow and they've been great.

Lots of people seem to swear by Noctua as they make some pretty high quality fans and BeQuiet! gets a lot of love from what I've seen as well.

Thanks!

After updating my BIOS the XMP profile has worked great for me so I can't comment on manual memory configuration since I haven't done that. There might still be some fringe cases out there currently but I believe most Ryzen mobos have sorted out memory compatibility issues by now so you should be fine. Just check the memory QVL list on your mobo's website before you buy.

Thank you!

Kraken is running just fine. Apparently people have had issues with them failing after 6+ months or so but mine is still going strong. I'm using the two stock fans that came with the cooler but I also have two, 140mm Corsair ML140s hooked up as well so that way I can run a push/pull setup with the radiator.

Nope, still working just fine as far as I can tell. Haven't had any issues with cooling or overheating at all. I've changed/added a lot since I built the PC in the first place so once I get the cable management finally squared away how I want I'll probably update the listing or just recreate it with new pictures.

Thanks!

Both the stock NZXT fans and the Corsair ML series fans on the radiator are 140mm.

The fans are plugged into Kraken as well as the mobo. As far as controlling them I just made sure they were all set as PWM in the BIOS and created a custom fan curve so they only run at 100% if the temps get too high. Even under load the case barely makes more than a whisper so I can play without using headphones easily.

In the event I was just now deciding to build my computer it'd be a harder choice to make but I think I would stick with Ryzen. I built my computer back in June though so it was an easier choice.

I've added more to the build but I'd like to clean it up a tad bit more before I take some new pictures.

I'll be sure to update the listing soon.

I believe you would be fine running an X370 board. I originally planned to myself but then decided against it so you shouldn't have any issues. Just make sure if you use the same case it supports whatever size motherboard you buy.

Lol yeah it hurts to look at, I know.

Take comfort in knowing that it was hastily replaced by my Mionix NAOS 7000 shortly after being built. I've added more to the build since it was first made(speakers, second monitor with dual monitor mount, etc.). I should really get around to updating it.

I was torn on which case to buy but I really ended up liking the Phanteks model a lot. Hopefully she suits you well. The CableMod kits can be pricey but I think they're worth it if you're a stickler for aesthetics. They look so good.

Nope. Both my HDD and SSD are mounted underneath the PSU shroud under the radiator. There's extra storage bays you can use for expansion if you really want to in certain cases but I can't since the radiator blocks those. I don't plan on having more than 2-3 drives though so it's not a big deal.

Thanks!

I did a ton of research online reading and watching other build videos to learn common tips and tricks with cable management. I copied the AIO tubing under the mobo power cable from another user on here who made it look amazing and decided it would be worth a try and I think it turned out alright, lol.

Thank you for the kind words!

I was concerned, being my first build and all, that it wouldn't turn out as nice as I imagined it in my head but thankfully it both looks and performs just as well, if not better, than I'd hoped. Totally worth the time/money invested so far. Agreed regarding the 1440p/144hz. It looks and feels amazing. So glad my buddy recommended I go for it.

I still have a lot of work to do both inside the case and out but I wanted it look as neat as possible.

Yes the two 140mm stock fans that come with the Kraken are mounted to push air into the radiator while the two Corsair ML140's are on the other side to pull the air into the case. The p400(s) case provides plenty of space for a front mounted radiator setup regardless if you do push/pull like I did. The Gaming X 1080 TI I have is huge as well and even at 290mm it fits perfectly and leaves plenty of space between the internal fans and itself.

I mounted my x62 on the front of my case for intake using a push/pull setup. For exhaust I've got two 140mm fans up top and one 120mm on the back. So far I haven't had any issues and my thermals have been solid(less than 30C Idle/50C Load). I'm using the p400S case by the way. I think it would be a better idea if at all possible to leave the top/rear of your case solely as exhaust since heat naturally rises.

It does but just make sure when you order it that you get the model number with "02" at the end instead of "01". The "02" version is the one with the AM4 bracket included!

Mine is running at 2933 as well with 14-16-16-16-34 timings on the regular B350 Tomahawk with the 1700. My system won't boot either if I try to push it to 3200 Mhz even with the loosest timings. I'm still on the official v1.5 BIOS and there have been multiple beta versions made available but I'm a little leery about flashing those...

Indeed. Plus if your PC can handle it you can push even further than that since it's uncapped which I'm definitely going to be doing.

I'm sure quite a few people would agree with you, lol. Based on the research I did it seems like a common viewpoint is that the main difference between X370 and B350 boards is simply Crossfire/SLI support which I had no interest in so I didn't feel like I would get anything out of a more expensive mobo. I agree in the sense that the Kraken is overkill for sure but it looks awesome and I'm glad I picked it up.

I was fortunate enough to both see AND play Destiny 2 at E3 this year and the console versions are straight garbage compared to the PC. Not only does it support 4K like the X and Pro do(albeit theirs are not "legit" 4K)but it also supports an uncapped frame rate and it just runs smooth as butter. I just built my PC with Destiny 2 being the catalyst for it and I can't wait to experience Destiny 2 on it.

It's fantastic. It's a TN panel which doesn't sit well with a lot of people that prefer the IPS panels but I think it looks great and provides everything I wanted(1440p, 144hz, low response time, G-sync, etc.). It is recommended that you manually set the display settings since the default configuration out of the box isn't optimal but otherwise I'd totally buy another.

Thank you! Having the freedom to invest in whatever I needed made the process much easier believe me, lol. I know not everyone will have that level of flexibility but going in with as big of a budget as you can muster really helps.

I bought both the chair and the desk from Staples. The DESK is an L-shaped, tempered glass model that was on sale for $100 bucks. The CHAIR is the black Hyken model that was also on sale for $100 bucks.

My only complaint is that the case doesn't provide enough airflow for the aio, but the system seems to stay cool enough anyways.

Part of the reason I decided on this case myself is due to the fact that you can run the x62 with 4 fans in push/pull on the front which is what I plan to do. My hope is that this will help alleviate the potential radiator airflow issues you mentioned but I can't say for sure. Otherwise looks great! +1
